Our beef jerky is packaged in vacuum sealed 3.5oz bags. Each bag has a zip lock opening for easy storage.

My friend shared some of this with me this morning, and it was great. Very fresh & moist, great texture; not too hard to chew.I'm a fan of spicy jerky, and on a scale of 1-10, this is about a 5. The flavor & texture would have given it a 5-star rating, but is was too mild and a tad salty for me.I hope they come out with a flavor that is hotter. I need some burn!
